i was referring to John Llewellyn Gladstone DAVIES , who us also joint director at gladrags

so basically any appeals made to Kernow Parking Solutions are done by gladrags

The whole Gladrags thing just seems to be a 'Legal' scam, hopefully one day it will be fully investigated and prosecutions brought against the perpetrators!
