Hi, I'm paying a monthly premium for MORTGAGE and BUSINESS COVER to Scottish Widows for a mortgage I took out with C & G (Lloyds) back in 2003, it's to cover the mortgage if we die. Is this PPI. My mortgage provider has since changed but still paying out to Scottish Widows.

Unlikely. Scottish Widows is a life assurance company. not a general insurance company. Lloyds Bank don't retail any PPI via Scottish Widows.
