Meter Point not on National Energy Database

I have a continual problem with my MPAN MPRN IDs held against the new address of my barn conversion. Electric was an existing supply, the Gas installed 14 years ago.
Every time I switch I have the same problem, meter points provided by the National Database are not mine, I send an email with the correct information when I'm switching, so the issue will be corrected before someone looses their supplier, and my supply details comes over to the new supplier before my fixed rate expires.
It hasn't happened yet, each new supplier promises to get National Database updated, but each time I switch its groundhog day and I feel the deju vu, I now dread it.
Who manages Database? Can contact them directly to get the data corrected?.

Put your post code in here: https://www.energynetworks.org/operating-the-networks/whos-my-network-operator
and speak to whoever is your electricity supplier to see if they can assist, as your utility companies clearly don't seem to be helping.1
