Parcel2go claims - how long do they take ?

Options
I have just lodged a claim with parcel2go as I used them to send some hifi equipment that I sold on eBay and it has arrived damaged.I paid to have it insured to the value of the eBay sale .
I have uploaded the proof of value , pictures taken by the buyer of damage and what it was packed in .
The problem is that it is an extremely heavy and bulky item and it is now stuck with the buyer who will obviously want it gone and I don’t know what to do now !

Initially you need to refund the buyer and have the damaged equipment collected from them (assuming you want it back).

I've never seen anything positive posted on here about P2G claims...

Parcel2go is just the broker not the courier. Which courier did you use?

It was TNT . I’ve made the claim through p2g as I bought the service from them .
It’s now cost me more money to get it brought back to me .
I am still waiting for a response to my claim .
