New contract after TUPE

Hi,
I was given a new contract recently and there were some changes to my holiday entitlement (I now get less holidays).
Are they allowed to do this?
I worked for company A for over 10 years and now (after TUPE) I’ve worked for company B for around 3 months.
I have yet to sign the contract.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

They can offer any new contract they want.
Not signing is not enough you have to refuse the change in terms if you don't like them.0 -
TUPE is all about honoring the existing contracts if a company gets taken over.0
