Extra Energy - in administration - payment demand
Advice please.
Today I received a letter regarding an outstanding debt from my old house, from Extra Energy in administration.
The letter doesn't state the debt amount, only that it would be passed to debt collection agencies if contact wasn't made within 7-days.
They provide a contact number 0800 3685452, but no other contact details.
I have now called the number repeatedly, and have waited for various lengths of time before the call is simply terminated. The sound is of someone picking up and putting down the phone.
I've emailed citizens advice for help. I've recorded a number of the calls and taken screen shots of the call times and durations.
Other than repeating the same call, I don't know what to do.
I would welcome advice if some is able.
