I wanna complain about Flybe credit card

I'm new on this site so hope I am in the right place.
I want to make a complaint about Flybe Credit Card Rewards. Long story short, the vouchers take a month to materialise and then don't work. It is impossible to speak to anyone etc etc etc. Where do I report this issue? Consumer Council? Thanks

I have a Flybe credit card too, as the Spend to Fly scheme is ending they are very busy with voucher requests. I contacted them and was then given a different phone number and that number gave me another one...etc but eventually I managed to get an email address and they sent me a code manually. Email spend&flyteam@flybe.com.
I also then couldn't use the voucher on their new website so ended up tweeting them to book the flight.

Good luck with that. If you are successful in the end, still try and make an official complaint. The big rule is you can't lose from complaining.
