Old erroneous transfer

Wondered if anyone could advise me on what my tights are in respect of an erroneous transfer that First Utility done on my home property around 5/6 years possibly longer ago.
The first I know of it was when I received a bill for over £1100 for a years supply addressed to Mr Owner occupier, after talking to them I was told that they had been my supplier and this was an average bill for the period so I owed it, I refused as they didn’t even know my name.
After it being passed to numerous debt agencies of which one started putting on the name as it appeared on the electoral role into the demands.
I have now had a CCJ order in the incorrect spelling as was on the electoral role come through.
What are my rights?
