Gold star for the employer too as their 11% is pretty generous for a new starter these days. Maybe stick with them especially if it's salary sacrifice to save the national insurance.

What is the £150 car payment?

If it's a debt (either personal loan, HP finance or PCP), then potentially paying this down (or clearing it altogether) will save you more in interest than any savings account, and would be the first obvious way to save money.
