DFW Board: What's missing but we need to get?

As per Martin's request on the Site Feedback: Questions & suggestions board.

Please post anything important that you see is missing as a reply to this.

If you manage to recover the text/contents of anything that is missing then please also report this, but save a copy rather than posting the full text/posts here.

It's likely (though not definite) we've lost all posts made after June on threads started before June. Actually this won't be that many but it will be some of the big threads e.g. reclaiming bank charges.

The forum's simply too big or the MSE team to know what's important in every board, but regulars in that board will know what's important and what's missing (if we can stick to the important ones that'd be great)

Then if you could go to google, search for the thread and grab what's missing from Google Cache; and report youv'e got it in that thread it'd be great.

Please dont repost it yet - as its best to wait until after we restore the pre-june threads. But if you could store it - as there's a worry google cache will delete these old pages.

This would be a great help.

I've recovered the "DFW Nerd list" and the text of SS's "First Time Posters" thread.

These have already been posted by me on another thread, and I'll find a link.

I also have them stored on this box.

I'm sure the web team will do their best to recover everything they can.

Your diary has been very important to lot's of people, not just you.

Saying that, yes, this isn't really meant for diaries. But we'll see what magic the techie staff can conjure up hopefully.

I posted on it Ok but was showing page 35 for the latest post. Total of 65 pages listed and unable to access last page. Seems some people are having problems as they try to get to last page which is not the last post. If you see what I mean.
