Illegal U-Turn PCN that I know for a fact I did not do! Help Please

Hi guys, Im new to here so please bare with me. I received a PCN from Transport of London for an illegal U-turn. Unfortunately I know for a fact I did not make the U-turn as I was in Aldi Superstore 5 mins after the pictures were taken.

1) The 3rd pic is not my car
2) The Car in the 3rd pic is in fact a car turning right from the junction which has a green light
3) I have a credit card statement stating I was in Aldi Superstore on the 26th Jan

Now I have already appealed and they rejected. So now I need to apply again.

I need help in writing my appeal as clearly my reasons given before did not work.

Q) Can I not request to see actual live footage of me completing the U-Turn?

Q) Should the Car in the third pic that isn't me need the Number clearer to actually see it? to confirm if its me or not?

Anyones help here would be much appreciated.

As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work - try using a gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering) and post a new thread; here's your link:

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.

PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets.
