I wouldn't say so. Variation reports don't have a legal timescale for drafting attached (like annual reports) so will come second to those. They can often be difficult to draft (depending on circs) as you have to do a full file review and report everything. Each company will have different timescales for drafting depending upon case and workloads, what did your IVA company say is theirs?0

I’m just going on the IVA protocol that says any variation request shall be done in 21 days ??0
