Thanks PDC I did see this thread when I did a search. I'm surprised there's not more threads on them.
When my son called the bank they referred him to a fraud dept so hopefully the CPA was cancelled at that point.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
He needs to TELL the bank to cancel the CPA, not hope that they have just because of the referral to the fraud department.
We've had to do that. The bank may try to tell him that they can't and he'll have to contact the company itself, but they can and do have to if requested.
