Three year old bill debt extra energy ?
We moved property house 2 years and six months ago and seettled our final bills be fore we moved
Today 2 years six months later we have recieved a letter from extra energy ( yes the no longer extra energy ) saying that we need to contact them as they have sent bills and correspondence but we have not replied ( mainly because we no longer live there )
Is this correct procedure on there behalf as we have no way of checking any bills as the company no longer exists

have a search on this forum as there are lots of others who are in the same situation. Here's one https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5977959/extra-energy-account-closed-administrators-chasing-money-2-years-later&highlight=extra+energy
Saving bills and payment information from when you left them will make it easier to prove that the claim is unfounded.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -

In the fantasy world of Extra Energy anything is possible and I should know as being one of their ex customers being chased for a non existent debt.0
