Ewise - javascript and cookies

I ran ccleaner on internet explorer (11) and since then I am having problems using ewise with the following website

Coventry Building Society

I am getting the following message

Your browser and security software should work with our online services, but You currently do not appear to have cookies enabled.
You currently do not appear to have Javascript enabled.

However, I have checked with through tools on internet explorer and it shows I do have javascript and cookies enabled

All that happens now is that the website shows as Navigating, please wait, but it does not progress from that

Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed with this problem?

I have just logged in directly to the building society on internet explorer, so the problem is logging in via ewise.
