online popla appeal euro car parks

Hi, my son received anpr overstay NTK ticket which he claims must have been over 2 visits as it says he was in car park for over 4 hours, believe me there is nothing in hoddesdon town centre that takes 4 hours to complete.
Having read the newbie thread advice we used edna bashers template response to appeal online to euro car parks to get a popla code. euro rejected the appeal but provided a popla code.
i am having difficulty now completing the online popla appeal as to what grounds we appeal and all the template responses on the forums seem to exceed the number of characters allowed.
Any advice gratefully received,

You will be submitting your PoPLA appeal as a pdf.

There are no limits to the length of a PoPLA appeal.

You really need to be reading post #3 of the NEWBIES thread thoroughly where you will find:

These then get saved as PDFs and uploaded to POPLA under OTHER (ONLY) - do not think you only have 2000 characters in some box on the POPLA wepage!
