What's the ballpark figure each of them owe and is it worth destroying any future relationship for?

The terms and conditions which comms69 posted state that:

The Supplier/Principal may charge the cancellation or amendment charges shown in their terms and conditions (which may be as much as 100% of the cost of the Travel Arrangements and will normally increase closer to the date of departure)."

I think it is worth challenging the agent. Don't just take their word for it that you have to pay 100%. Ask them for a copy of the terms and conditions which show that the cost is 100%.

If it turns out that 100% of the holiday is payable for the cancelling individuals, it is possible to bring a small claim against the girls that are refusing to pay their share.

The supplier probably has to mitigate their loss by trying to re-sell the places to someone else (if this is even possible?). You can make this point to the agent. I suppose whether this is possible depends how far away you are from the travel date.

Personally, I would challenge the agent in the first instance.

No. If you cancel you wont be paying the full balance I'm almost certain of that. I'm guessing this is a foreign company.

Why bother with a deposit if it cant be cancelled?...

because its the terms and conditions , used by most ( if not all ) holiday companies

The T&Cs you posted clearly state that upon cancellation a charge of up to 100% of the travel arrangements can be made.

That would appear to be in respect of charges levied by the ultimate supplier, rather than the Beach's charges as travel agent.

Never mind the hen do, think how much fun the wedding's going to be...

Presumably these three family members/friends are no longer coming to the wedding, either.
