If Lowell Financial keep sending debt letters addressed to a previous resident, to your address, after you asked them to remove your address from their database, would the Financial Ombudsman tell them to remove your address?

Wouldn't a formal complaint to Lowell's Data Protection Officer (DPO) under GDPR for inaccurate information be a better option?
If they still fail to comply, then you can kick it up to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) after about 30 days (iirc)?
It also helps to make the change/removal requests to them in writing so that you've got a paper trail to pass to the DPO and ICO.0
