Hello
I am new here.
I wanted a bit of advice. I am a veteran and do a bit of military reenactment I ordered a reproduction uniform from a replicator site based in India and had a uniform made. I paid £250 dollars. When it arrived it was nothing like I had been promised. It was the wrong uniform, stitching wasn't straight, wrong trousers very thin material akin to a fancy dress costume. I contacted the seller who up until this point had answered emails but now didn't respond.
I filed a paypal dispute but lost claim due to it being a custom made item. I think I might have paid some of it via my credit card. Is there anything I can do?

You can appeal the claim and make it clear that the item was significantly not as described. Being custom made makes no difference when it comes to SNAD claims.0
