Listen to Ivan and Emma from Monday 25th to Friday 29th March as they'll be giving you the chance to play to win an indulgent spa break on air.

We'll have one winner each day with each of the five winners receiving a One Night Spa break for two people, which includes:
• Overnight accommodation
• Full English breakfast
• Two-course buffet lunch & three-course dinner
• Full use of The Day Spa Heat and Ice Experiences
• Full use of the Spa and The Leisure Club facilities

2 entrants will be at random to take part in the competition.

The first entrant selected at random will be caller one. They will be given the option to name 10 items in 30 seconds based on the day's leisure ‘theme’.

Caller 1 can then choose to Park the game which means handing it over for caller 2 (the second entrant selected at random) to play, or they can choose to Play which means they try and name the 10 items themselves.

If Caller 1 chooses to Play and successfully gets 10 items in the 30 seconds they win the Spa Stay. If they fail, then Caller 2 wins it.

If Caller 1 chooses to Park, and Caller 2 successfully gets 10 items in the 30 seconds they win the Spa Stay. If they fail, then Caller 1 wins it.
