First utility.....??

Does anyone have any views or experience of using this energy supplier?
I have looked back many pages, and found very little about them, either way, which seems a little odd....
I am thinking of switching to them, as their dual fuel tariff is a lot less than present provider , however, I have tried a few times to call them, and so far have never been able to speak to an advisor, which does not bode well, in my opinion....
Is this a disaster, waiting to happen???
Why no posts, either good, or bad,
or are their Initials an indication.......

I was switched to them when Usio went bust. MY experience is that you are wasting your time trying to ring them - never got hold of anybody.
I went on FB Messenger in the end....and had a very frustrating "conversation" with Customer Services (3 different ladies) who clearly didn't understand the issue I had with readings. Finally one of them has raised a dispute re my opening read with them (but also proposed altering the closing read -God knows why!). This was nearly 5 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since!

  • I was with FU for a few years, ok service I guess but didn't need to contact them much but they cant compete with Bulb who I'm with now. I think FU have become too big now with their customer base and have lost the personal touch because when I rang them asking what they could do to stop me swapping to Bulb they weren't in the slightest bit interested.
  • They were the existing supplier for a property I recently moved into. So far so good.

I called them to register my account, got through quickly and the advisor was fine. There are smart meters installed which allow me to monitor my usage on a daily basis online or through an app. I changed my tariff from the SVR to a fixed that I think is fairly competitive, all done online and actioned within 24hr.

    No complaints so far.

I too was with FU for a couple of years and had no problems - the only reason for changing was that they became uncompetitive

I was with them for a few year until recently. Nothing to complain about at all. The move away from them to a cheaper deal went very smoothly and they very promptly paid back my credit balance.
  • I was with them for 12 months a couple of years back.

    Seemed ok to me.
Didnt have any hassles with either supply or payments.

As usual, before changing supplier, i always call them to see what issues i get in terms of contacting my new supplier.

Got straight through to them and explained i was only calling to test the waters so to speak.
