Cashback earnings used to be shown on monthly statements.
But this is missing on the statements that I received since 5 August 2018.
Is this a mistake?
or have have they stopped giving cashbacks?

Presume you're referring to the bottom of page two, mines still there and still accumulating.0

Did not know that it was moved to the bottom of page 2, after Aug 2019

BTW. I phoned 'Helpline'
After consulting another department, the lady told me that it will be shown on the annual statement. lol0
