Despite fierce competition, there are still some high quality components you can only easily get from kustompcs so when I needed some quiet case fans I ordered from them rather than off some unknown ebayer, although the price difference made me cringe a bit. But it was all good though when I had to check on the order progress after my card acquired a security block and I got a very fast and friendly reply from them letting me know everything was okay; doesn't sound like much but if you've ever tried to get an answer out of ebuyer.com...
And then when my fans came this morning, in the package were also some silicon mounting kits which help isolate the fan vibration from the case as a very thoughtful freebie :T I can't think of any of their competitors I'd expect that from, I'd all but given up on getting decent service out of any of them!
