My MIL moved into a retirement bungalow with just electricity. She was connected through std eon tariff. I used the energy switch calculator and came up with bulb. I have started the switch for her discovered there are 2 Mpans on the account and now been told she has to pay additional £6 a month. Is there a way to work out how I can calculate the costs more accurately as this might now end up being more expensive than eon. Thank you
