County court business centre via ES Parking enforcement

Good morning guys! Firstly thank you to you amazing people who are here to help us with these situations I would be lost without your support...
Ok so I recieved a PCN from ES parking enforcement for allegedly parking without a ticket. The car park in question was at my old place of work and I used to pay £50 per month to a gentlemen in a small cabin and he would give me a transparent sticker (different colour each month) which I would put in my car window. There’s very little chance I parked without paying and I was never given a ticket on my window.
I recieved one letter which I ignored (stupidly) as I was pretty confused about it..... there’s was a picture of my car but you couldn’t see if there was a ticket or not as it was taken too far away. It seemed a bit dodgy tbh. The next letter I recieved was from county court business centre threatening legal action. At this point I responded by copying and pasting something from this forum (something about I the keeper not having a contract with the car park and asking to see all photos taken and all evidence).
This was then taken as formal defence of my case and I contacted Gladstones (who are dealing with my case now apparently) to make sure this was correct. I also went through the steps on the Dropbox link via this forum which logs you into the government gateway to make sure my appeal had been lodged.
I’ve now had an email from Gladstones stating their client (Es parking enforcement) will be taking this to court however it states they don’t see a need for an oral hearing and won’t entertain mediation. They have attached a directions questionnaire which I’m not sure what I’m meant to do with?
I’m a bit scared now as I don’t know what’s going to happen next and I don’t know what I need to do to “prepare my defence”. My wife is due to have our second baby in a matter of weeks and I’m self employed and struggling to keep up with it all and this is a huge worry over me at the moment.
Any advice on what to do next would be HUGELY appreciated. I’ve trawled through the forum as much as possible but I feel a bit stuck now so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be super greatful!
Many thanks.... Jaydot

The stickies will tell you all you need to know, please read them.
This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of alleged contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors. Is has been suggested by an MP that some of these companies may have connections to organised crime.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, (especially Smart}, and others have already been named and shamed in the House of Commons as have Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each week), hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned. They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
The problem become so widespread that MPs agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. It received The Royal Assent today. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Forgive me but what are the stickies? I have no idea what that is but once I do I’ll read through them.0

We have all seen the rubbish Gladstones letters before but this one takes the biscuit ????
They will be taking this court ....... that's if they even turn up ?
Then they say "they don't see the need for an oral hearing" ???
Who therefore do they think they will be talking to, the court mouse ?
They probably want this heard on papers whereby a judge reads both cases ...... not a good idea.
THE PICTURE ?
Can you upload this to a free site. Then link here showing as hxxp not http We will make it live
