Scumco puts up sign, takes pic, takes sign away!!! BBC front page!

From the BBC website...

An investigation has been launched after a parking attendant was caught putting up a temporary "no parking" sign before issuing a ticket.
He then took the sign away and the car's owner was sent a penalty notice for £100, a BBC investigation found.

Lots of issues with that article, illegally parked, regulated company, fine, to name a few.

Wasn't there a similar issue with temporary signs appearing and disappearing reported on here a while ago?
    is this the same case?

    Just watched this BBC catchup
    X-Ray is on BBC One

This is a similar fraud to UKPC where fakery was practiced.

The Parking goon, a self ticketer for UKCPM, and part of the IPC SCAM, thought he was not doing anything wrong by running his fraud

And then, in steps Hurley of the IPC, once again the BBC has no idea what he represents.

So, the DVLA banned UKPC because of their goon warden, so UKCPM should be banned for their goon warden

Tip of the self-ticketing iceberg. This can't be an isolated incident, unless I'm mistaken and every other self-ticketing goon is a paragon of virtue.

Time for a wholesale examination of self-ticketing. Too loose an arrangement, no interviews, anyone can be one, no supervision, every ticket incentivised.

The 2019 CoP has to address this.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

"An open mind", Mr Hurley? Will that mind be so open that it falls out of the owner's skull and scurry away?
