Utterly Overwhelmed - PCN from Britannia

I've read the NEWBIES info and trawled through some threads that are similar to my situation but just feel completely out of my depth here. Initially I thought appealing the PCN would be simple but the more I read the more confused I get. I feel like just paying the £60 and have done with rather than running the risk of going to court and possibly paying more anyway.
Please help :(

well , its your choice what to do, but I would be of the opinion that the signs were not fit for purpose if they werent seen (but in future ALWAYS check the signs wherever you park, anywhere at all)

if you wish to fight it , then send the blue text template from the NEWBIES FAQ thread post #1, appealing as KEEPER

no blabbing about who was driving , not to anyone at all, edit your post above, the DRIVER parked and the DRIVER did not see the signs etc

did the pcn sent to the keeper arrive by day 15 following the incident ? (within the 14 days allowed by POFA ?)

They are on a new retail park, I have complained to the restaurant we were eating at and they've told me tough, there are signs and here's a copy of your receipt should you need it.
Use that copy receipt to first of all, robustly complain to the retail park owners.

Easy enough to Google any retail park for the contact details, and usually get a PCN cancelled in days, as the NEWBIES thread tells you.

This is not difficult - the link in the NEWBIES thread to 'SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCs' is there for a reason - to show people like you how easy it is if you complain to the right person.

You could be telling us it's cancelled by the end of the week, no sweat.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
