ASDA Money Credit Card

I am trying to balance transfer from my ASDA money credit card to my new HSBC. It has failed twice once in Feb and again this month. HSBC cannot see why this is happening and I am incurring interest while they investigate. Does anyone know if the ASDA Money Credit is affiliated with HSBC as this maybe the cause of the issue.
