GUESS refusing refund

For the third time, the address used for Royal Mail delivery was the exact same address provided on the Collect Plus label.

A search for Guess returned no entry.

It looks like the warehouse address is for a company who receive parcels on behalf of Guess and pass them on but no specific Guess warehouse.

There may be a specific delivery from Collect Plus to one of these depots for onward transfer to Italy but no facility to receive a parcel sent by Royal Mail. There may only be someone there at specific times to process the Collect Plus delivery.

It just says 'Philip' signed for the parcel.
As much as I agree it is our fault for not using the suggested delivery method, it clearly states on their website that Royal Mail can be also used - very misleading.

I found a few people on Guess Facebook account who complained about having the same issue.

You've not given us the full address.
I suggest you google the full address, find the name of the courier and ring them.

Choose the correct country to proceed with a return:

When you enter United Kingdom only Collect plus is shown as the method of return.

Royal Mail is not gIven as an option for UK.

However if you put in Germany, for example, the only option is by post.
