Shared ownership. Partner moved in, I am relocating for work

Hi All,
Hope you guys can help me with the following scenario.
I bought a property via shared ownership and after 1 year my partner recently moved in.
Property is at my name and she is sharing only running costs.
Very happy days until I got a job offer and need to relocate abroad.
Can my partner keep living in? How I can let her stay?
As you can imagine I do not want to kick her out and sell the flat nor I can buy 100% yet.
Any idea? :j
