Good news, after several back and forth emails, PE cancelled the ticket once I provided them proof that the land owner has agreed cancel it. :beer:0

Landowner cancellations are the way to go at LBC stage with P/Eye. It can be treated as a last gasp appeal stage and they often back down, unlike some other PPCs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
