Another question - deposit protection scheme

    I also read this on https://www.gov.uk:
    "At the end of the tenancy
    The court may also decide that your tenants don’t have to leave the property when the tenancy ends if you didn’t use a TDP scheme when you should have"

    Does this mean i can leave before the months notice?

    You can leave whenever you want.

    But your tenancy will continue, and rent be due, till you have given proper notice and it has expired.

    Or unless a court has ended the tenancy eg following service of a S21 Notice by the landlord.

    I will be giving notice; but i meant before the end of the notice period. This probably won't happen anyway, as i also have to work notice at work :(.
    I shouldn't ask questions when i am tired :D;)
