Buying a housing with an air source heat pump

You can have ASHP with radiators, it's not just for underfloor heating. I would be very surprised if the property did not have an immersion heater. It's most probably not on the particulars as it would be like saying, the front door has a lock! I've been in a house heated using an ASHP with radiators and it was plenty warm. Look at the bills and if you are concerned get a bod out who understands the systems. More and more properties have them so it's nothing to run away from if you conduct the usual due diligence as you would with any heating system.0

Just an update:
We didn't buy the property, but not for want of trying. Our B&F was not accepted.
However, I did find out from viewing the property that about 1/4 of the ground floor had underfloor heating (1/2 of the extension), there was only one big radiator (in the kitchen) and all windows on the north side of the property were secondary glazed, but the south facing windows / french doors weren't.
The occupier said utility bills were about £100 per month but could get up to £200 in winter. Eeek.
