Selling books

Put up a few shelves and use the books as just decoration. As others have said unless the books are collector items they are worth nothing.
There used to be a very good collectors market for books on Ebay. Ladybird books would fetch quite a bit there, but that market has gone now and it is only the rarest Ladybird books which make more than a few pence.0 -
I sell all of my books on ziffit.com - their processes are relly simple and easy to navigate - I pass them round my friends and once they come back to I then sell them on - I literally get a few £'s returned but I use it towards foodbank/women's refuge donations.0

Second hand non charity shop near me, has lots of titles, some with high cover prices, initially, piled up on their table outside...£1 for as many as you can carry!
So I guess they didnt pay much for them!

Some coffee shops will take books off you - but they won't usually pay you for them.0
