Brother Overseas Reclaiming PPI

I have a brother who lives in the USA who is trying to reclaim his PPI. He has advised me that he cannot use an overseas address on the MSE forms, how do we get around this?

Get round it, by simply going to the website of the bank he wishes to complain to. Most have an online PPI complaint form.0
