matt floor tiles holding dust

i layed some matt effect black floor tiles in my bathroom and they looked great, until I decorated my hall and landing etc creating loads of dust. Since then there seems to be dust ground into the newly layed tiles, and it looks like the hard water in my area is marking them too.. Is there any product i can 'treat' them with, like a clear laquer or something to stop them looking so shabby all the time?
some kind of clear sealer/varnish?
