Bluetooth Headphones advice please.

Lots of "wants" but not much of a budget (under £50), that fit the following criteria.
Bluetooth
Noise Cancelling
"Over ear" due to wearing glasses, rather than "on ear" which are uncomfortable
Option to use as wired
Don't need massive bass, which so many seem to emphasise
Mic
SD slot
FM if possible

Can anybody come up with an alternative suggestion please?

you also get noise cancelling ear buds too. If you go over the ear, the get the closed back ones.
