Energy Credit on my account

Yes.
But is the credit really there?
Have you give Bulb the latest meter readings and have they produced a bill stating that is amount is the true balance on the account?
If you have been overpaying then you can get the credit back although they may ask to retain some of the money as a cushion against future bills.0 -
Bulb should be watching your usage. They should warn you if your d/d is too high, at least that is what they have recently done with me. They have lowered my d/d from £70 to £53 last month.. This impressed me because I think this is the first supplier who has done that..Brownie points to Bulb.0

I'm about to switch away from EDF, but I've been pretty happy with how they've handled my DD and credit. I had overestimated my usage for this year so knew I'd be in credit by the end of my deal, and without having to contact them they've repaid my credit balance and lowered my DD by £10 at the start of February.
If you are comfortably in credit at this time of year (towards the end of the winter period), and have given your supplier up-to-date readings, there should be no problem getting most of that credit balance back.0
