There are a number of disabled drivers/passengers that receive tickets when their badges have slipped of the windscreen when the disabled person is getting out of the car. Some of these cases have been decided in favour of the Claimant.
There would have to be exceptionally mitigating circumstances for the driver to defend a claim when an able bodied
person has parked in a disabled space.

Hospitals are private land car parks.
Disabled bays on private land are 'enforceable' but on contract law, not the TMA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
