They only cost £3 reduced from like £10 i think. Id just rather exchange them than spend a tenner though
Im gonna try and exchange them at the weekend when im up in nottingham next so Ill let you guys know what happens.
If you buy !!!! you get !!!!
Id be very surprised if any legal avenue would defend your rights to £3 shoes lasting more than 2 months0 -

But you still need proof of purchase!
As stated earlier, under SOGA goods should last a reasonable length of time. How long do you expect a £3 pair of shoes to last?
If they were reduced three months ago, they are unlikely to have them still in stock. How about a proportionate refund ... 50p?!!Gone ... or have I?0 -
Not necessarily...I bought a jacket out of Primark, wore it for a month and a half max and the zip broke, no receipt, took it in and said "look, I bought this and it's now faulty, can I exchange it?" No questions asked, I got a brand new jacket (not the same one, but a better one that will probably last longer)
It's worth hedging your bets, I'd say."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

Legally, you do need proof of purchase. I don't think that the OP will get far by quoting 'But ep off MSE got an exchange in Primark'!Gone ... or have I?0 -
Lol, true, they'd prob chase OP out the shop..."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."
