DRP court

So I’ll keep this short and simple. I received 3 parking fines and my intentions were to ignore until they threatened court and because I live with my parents they wanted me to resolve the issue.

Now, I lost my job 3 weeks ago never been unemployed and me and DRP agreed to pay £48 today. I didn’t have the money so I rang them and explained the situation and they said they couldn’t help me and now it would go to court.

What happens now if it does, does this effect my credit rating? I’m not gonna lie my heads all over at the moment, and the last thing I want is my credit rating messed up. Any advice would be appreciated.

Yeah and then I got another two from smart parking which I still have no clue how I got. But because I’ve rang them, I need to pay all 3. Euro car parks haven’t been in touch since that post.

Then you need to copy your opening post as a reply onto your existing thread.

No-one is going to leap about looking for information in other threads.

    One incident - one thread.

The replace the text in your opening post with something like:
    Duplicate thread - please ignore
  • DRP cannot take you to court for any private parking tickets

DRP are not registered as a legal credit company and cannot report to any company holding a credit file on you

Let this thread die and keep to your original thread, you don't need two threads for the same issue.

    Hahaha.

Waamo, that question has already been answered in one of the OP's other threads.

See OP, you're already getting questions that have been answered before. :D

    Errrm...no you don't.

Please revert back to replying on your thread but no replying there with silly stuff like you've 'rang a debt collector' (no-one does that!) and that you think you have to pay.

Such statements are unofficially banned here!

There is NO FINE. Nothing to see here, nothing to pay.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
