Faulty top - Singapore

Bought a top ; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=110189514578&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=001 , and it arrived yesterday, love it, but 3 eyelets are about to fall out, one eyelet only half there, so I emailled the seller asking if I could get an exchange or a partial refund towards getting it fixed, and she's sent a blunt message asking to send it back to a certain address. What postal service do I have to look for to send this back guaranteed so i'm protected for a refund? And the cost of it obviously?
Thanks all
Thanks all

I've looked at that, as I deal with eyelets myself. Can't find any that small - my kit cost £5 a time, so I may do, but scared of ruining it.~*Cerenia*~

Sorry to bump this up, but just more advice:
After failing to find eyelets small enough for the top and finding out 3 of the front straps are sown on back to front, I sent the top back, and recieved it back with "No Known Address" on it, so contacted the seller, who's just given me another different address! Can you go through a paypal dispute for a partial refund? I'm not sending the top again, but unhappy with this, and opening a dispute for a full refund seems greedy somewhat.~*Cerenia*~

Could you go under "item not as described"? Auction states its Brand New and Unworn, but if its damaged it could have been worn.
Its a gorgeous top BTW!! Problem is when I wear bondage style tops the kids hook me up to the furniture...0 -

Lol! I decided to wear this top after work, so I get dressed and go to get searched out to see my deputy roll his eyes at me - we get scanned with a metal detector before we go home, and the top they sent me has chains up the side, not ribbon!~*Cerenia*~

Haha!!
But, there you have the answer. Its not as described. Its different to the auction! File a not as described claim and tell the seller you will settle for a partial refund
:D
Edited to add, a lot of their poor feedback is for quality issues.0
