Anyway, still the same sentiment for OP. Don't buy it if you're not willing/able to pay the price, simples.finally tea total but in still in (more) debt (Oct 25 CC £1800, loan £6453, mortgage £59,924/158,000)0 -
Okay guys, thanks for all your comments. It does help open up new factors to consider/to think about during this process.
I get it/ I understand, it's up to the seller to decide on price and we can't really force them to change that. And it's up to buyers to decide whether they want/willing to pay the price.
