I need some technical help can I get a GPRS signal or route that I can access on my phone and log to prove where I’ve been each day?
Thanks

    GPRS? No.
    GPS? Yes.
Assuming you have a smart phone, I suggest you look at either 'Life 360' (iPhone and Android) or 'Footprints' (iPhone only I think) apps.
Both offer the ability to see when a phone has been.
I use Life 360 to keep track of my kids. You can add places they frequently visit (like home, school, whatever) and setup notifications when they get there or leave them.

If it's an Android phone, go to Settings, Location, Google Location History, and select Manage Timeline

If you have the same settings as I have, it should show you where you've been today. Select the calendar icon to scroll through where you were yesterday, day before, etc. Goes back for months.

And you're also able to view your Timeline on Google Maps via a desktop too.
