    Hi Le_Kirk. Yes, I have looked at all the different defences, including Barepole's excellent example. However, I'm a fan of saying things concisely. If it successfully outlines the argument, I'm happy.

    I assume you will be providing proof to support what you are saying

    It is a very short defence with little meat. Gladstones will produce pages of waffle.

    However, you have meat to include and that is ABUSE OF PROCESS
    You are not making good use of this and despite the waffle from Gladstones, they already know that the £60 is a scam and not allowed.
