After winning against Premier Park with help from the forum, i was able to help someone else recently with a pcn from Smart. Am pleased to say that this has been cancelled after sending the first appeal. Thanks again for this forum.

I’m now starting my complaint with regards to Smart parking! No ticket issues 8 months later I received a solicitors letter owing £860
