I was over drawn on 1st February 2019. I wasn't paid the £2 reward on February and march 2019. If I'm not over drawn on March 2019, will I be paid the £2 reward on April 2019?

Doesn't the reward payment in any given month relate to the activity in the previous month?
If so, you must also have failed to meet the reward requirements in January too. But, as Colsten says, if you stay in credit for all of March (plus whatever other requirements are necessary) you should get a reward in April.0
