no keeper liability in scotland so if you refrain from naming driver/yourself , they will struggle with a court claim
they will lie thru there teeth to say they are correct , but lets see if they continue , knowing they will be ridiculed or denied court time

No, they really are not enforcible in Scotland - as long as the operator does not know who the driver is....despite all that is said about these not being enforceable - they really are (for the time being at least)
It really is that simple.
I will delete my earlier post shortly as that does highlight where you may have erred. Mistakes are so easily made.
That also reinforces the guidance "never ever respond to a PPC in Scotland".0
