probate summons for expenses inventory and accounts

i need to issue a summons for an inventory of expenses and accounts i have applied and received the administrator paperwork to say what the estate is worth and states no more than 96000 and no more than 325000. i have asked the administrator of the estate to please provide accounts inventory and expenses documentation so we can see the end final figure minus the expenses incurred and that we want our share of that amount. she has declined and said the matter is closed as far as she is concerned.
i now have a summons form and afadavit form ready to fill out. i know the affadavit form costs £10 to get sworn by oath. just not sure if she just produces the documents and then done. or how the registry court of probate charges. if she produces and are right what are the costs. does she pay or do we pay. what if the amount is more and she has lied to us. what happens, does anyone know. my nan also had bank accounts as well as her property. is she liable for costs as all assets are sown up and done and payed. she is just refiusing to provide evidence so that we can put it to rest one and for all.
any help would be greatly appreciated..

was there a will (ie probate) or was it done via Letters of administration (ie there was no will) .0

no will present. so died intestate. so my auntie applied to become the administrator of the estate. she in effect is the executor of that estate and has to follow the rules of intestacy.0

Really OP, if you just want an answer to your final paragraph there's absolutely no need for the history. Many people won't wade through walls of text. I did, but it's meaningless in relation to your question. Contact the Probate Office, or see if you can obtain a free half hour with a Solicitor.0

As you are effectively a residuary beneficiary, you are entitled to a copy of the estate accounts.
