Hi AngelicKaty and thanks for the info and kind words - I’ve been told our sellers are having a meeting in 4 weeks with a solicitor (I think it’s with a solicitor - could be wrong) and a “decision” will be made at that meeting. I know this is all very vague but it’s the first I’ve heard of an IVA - I had to google it after the phone call and it’s why I have asked on here for some advice as clearly I’m clueless
I don’t even know if they have the IVA already or if that’s what they are going to be applying for, I’ll be asking the EA for more detail on this tomorrow as we need to know where we stand and if it’s likely we’re setting ourselves up for inevitable disappointment!
